About Luis

Luis is the Founder, President, and guiding force of the NAYA Architects TEAM.  Mr. Naya possesses nearly 40 years’ experience in the Planning & Design of various new healthcare facilities, as well as multiple additions and renovations to existing facilities.  Mr.  Naya has designed healthcare, commercial and institutional facilities throughout the Southern United States for both private and governmental agencies.   NAYA Architects, Inc. provides personalized service in Interior Design, Master Planning, Facility Evaluations, and Facilities Management.

Ivette has been with NAYA Architects for 20 years and oversees the day to day office operations.  Such and management of clerical and other administrative staff, maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment, handling external or internal communication or management systems.  Ivette is also in charge of organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.

Gustavo Cadalso

Gustavo has nearly 20 years with NAYA Architects, Inc.  and possesses over 30 years’ experience in solid architectural design, project coordination and drafting.  He is also a specialist in colonial restoration with over 20 years’ experience in historic preservation.

Iliana La Rosa

Iliana comes to NAYA architects with over 20 years of banking experience and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations by managing and overseeing the daily operations, monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.  Iliana is also responsible for processing payroll and maintain excellent relationships with our long time top notch clients.

Veronica De La Torre

Veronica De la Torre, graduated with an Architectural Master’s Degree from Florida International University, has more than (6) Six years’ experience in the construction industry, is specialized particularly to interior buildout and building envelope disciplines being directly involved in all aspects of pre-construction, estimating, bid preparation and administration of project costs and contracts in various healthcare, education and commercial projects.

Known to be a highly organized, take charge professional, with strong and fast problem-solving skills. A great team leader who provides motivation and leadership by example. My design background evokes me to work great with deadlines and provide presentation layouts & skills. She is proficient in the latest Architectural and Construction Industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Onscreen Takeoff, Prolog, and much more.

Lourdes has been part of the NAYA Team for over 15 years and is currently in charge of planning, directing and coordinating marketing efforts.

About Jose

Jose has over 35 years’ experience in Design & Development of new and retrofitted buildings.  As Project Manager and Designer with NAYA Architects, Inc. for the past 20 years, he has been responsible for the Design as well as Production Administration of Healthcare, Institutional and Commercial facilities throughout the State of Florida.
